KEY DETAILS

Non-Exclusive Contract

You own and control all of your music and rights. Plus you can still pitch your music directly and / or have other companies pitching your music.

Month-To-Month Agreement

You can cancel your contract anytime. Just give them 30 days notice and understand that any pitches, placements or licenses begun during your agreement will still be honored.

You Keep 100% of Your Royalties

All of your broadcast royalties are paid to your performing rights society and they will pay you directly. (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, PRS, GEMMA etc…)

You Make Money When They Do

They split the upfront licensing revenue evenly (50/50 Split) and all of the backend royalty payments are 100% yours.

WHAT GENRES OF MUSIC CAN BE SUBMITTED:

Every genre. Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, EDM, R&B, Blues, Country, World Ethnic, Classical and Jazz etc. Whatever the scene or picture needs.

GENERAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

YOU MUST have rights cleared and represent all writers/co-writers and publishers/co-publishers.
YOU MUST control the rights to your Master Recording.
NO SAMPLES from copyrighted recordings.
NO AI GENERATED MUSIC.
You will be provided further information about the submission process after sign up.
IMPORTANT: When reviewing the agreement, leave the box in paragraph 2 blank if you want to have your music played in retail establishments. Our partner has deals in place to play music in places like hair salons. (The legalese is a little confusing, so we wanted to clarify)

ABOUT MUSIC LICENSING: Having the opportunity to get your music placed is exciting, but it's important to temper your expectations. Even the best music needs to be the perfect fit for a specific project. Also, keep in mind that corporate processes, especially in the entertainment industry, can move slowly. If your song is selected, it can take months, and sometimes even years (for projects like movies), to finalize a licensing deal. Don't worry though. Remember that this sync agency only makes money when you do, so they'll be actively pursuing any potential deals. :)
